How can I register for a spanish language course at the University of Panama?

Question by Melody: How can I register for a spanish language course at the University of Panama?
I read somewhere that the university of Panama offers spanish language courses (maybe a DELE prep program) for about $ 200 per semester. Is this true? I would call the school and ask, but my spanish is terrible.
