i bought a toshiba with winndows 7 homebasic oa china 32bit and is in chinese .I need to change it to english and i would do anything for it however i do not want to purchase another version of windows 7 ultimate or any other version. is there any other alternatives?? and if i do have to upgrade it to windows 7 ultimate do i have to pay to upgrade it? like the real
