Why is my language exchange partner ignoring me?

Question by : Why is my language exchange partner ignoring me?
He helped me with Spanish for a bit. I exchanged English for Spanish. Then, after he felt comfortable with English, he told me that he needed to learn German. I thanked him and understood if he did not want to help me with Spanish anymore. He told me that he would still help me but it has been 2 months since I last heard from him. The spotify account that him and I use is still open and I know that he still logs into Spotify
