Foreign exchange student programs in England for fashion?

Question by : Foreign exchange student programs in England for fashion?
Okay i am a freshmen right now and im interested in fashion.
I will like to go to England and see the culture and fashion.
Is there any programs during the school year not the summer, where i can go as a foreign exchange student or stay with a sponsor family and go to a high school that specialize in fashion design.
