Can you go to a French school for a few weeks to learn French?

Question by DEE: Can you go to a French school for a few weeks to learn French?
I am curently at college and I have a real passion for the French language. However, we are not taught it very well at school. would it be possible to go to France for the summer and attend a school there or even just live there and get a job for about 2/3 months?
