I joined a foreign language exchange group but am now getting tons of spam. How do I sign out of it?

Question by : I joined a foreign language exchange group but am now getting tons of spam. How do I sign out of it?
I can't find where I joined initially and can't figure out how to get my name and email address out of it. Can someone help me?

Answer by tod mhave all suspected spam deleted immediately.
create a new email address and notify contacts.
